PRODUCT REVIEW FAQ

1.Where do I go to write a review?

Sign into your Insider account and go to your Order History page. Under each item purchased will be a “Write Review” link.

2.How many times can I write a review?

You can write review on every item in your purchase history.

3.How many reward points can I get per reviewed item?

$5-$10 rewards for reviews and photo uploads.

4.Do I have to put my real name to write a review?

No, you do not have to put your real name, but you must use the email that is linked to your account; your email will not be posted publicly and is only visible to TaNib for verification purposes.

5.I didn't receive the reward after I submitted my review! What should I do?

If you're experiencing trouble with our reward system, please contact our e-mail or leave us a meesage. We'll deal with it as quickly as we could.
